We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who have strong data skills and a passion to understand how the public thinks.

We want to hire the very best and are looking, in particular, for candidates with data skills and a thirst to learn even more as they work. We are looking primarily for applicants with proven experience in the market research sector.

You will be:

  • Manipulating and processing data collected from private opinion polling using statistical software;
  • Advising and assisting the core team with client projects, related to analytics and quantitative research;
  • Project managing data collection exercises;
  • Modelling and analysing data to identify and capture key points research findings;
  • Visualising data for use in presentations and briefings;
  • Providing advice and insight to the core team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a market research setting or equivalent;
  • Experience with programming languages - R preferred, but Python or similar are also acceptable;
  • An excellent academic record, including a Bachelors or Masters degree, ideally with a component related to statistics and or programming / data science;
  • A minimum of four days a week in our Holborn office, preferably Monday to Thursday;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and tight deadlines; flexibility to adapt to different projects and client needs;
  • The ability to visualise complicated data in the simplest possible way.

Desirables:

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • An educational or professional grounding in politics and/or statistics;
  • Experience or interest in qualitative research;
  • Data science skills.
