Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family. Our specialist nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, expert advice, support and understanding to help families care for their loved one. Every day, Admiral Nurses help families up and down the country to have the best life possible for as long as possible.

Collaborating closely with the Policy and Public Affairs Manager, your role will be pivotal in executing influential initiatives across Westminster, the devolved nations, and local government entities. Your primary focus will be to elevate the visibility of Dementia UK, Admiral Nurses, individuals living with dementia, and their families among parliamentary and elected decision-makers. By striving to improve legislation, public policies, and statutory services on behalf of those affected by dementia, you will have a profound impact on the lives of many.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a parliamentary, policy, or similar environment, with comprehensive knowledge of national, devolved, local, and parliamentary processes.
