Fossil Free London is a campaign group that fights the fossil fuel industry in our city.

We need people who are deeply driven to organise climate action, so we can make urgent change, whilst being highly professional and able to deliver time and again.

We are a fast paced, energetic and welcoming grassroots organisation which opposes the presence of fossil fuel corporations in our city, and explores what London could be without them. We execute a range of creative and disruptive protests in the city, with a focus on bringing new activists into the climate movement and amplifying our impact through social media and the news.

We have four existing members of staff and an organiser network of hundreds of activists.

We are now looking to hire a motivated and experienced Operations Manager with excellent attention to detail and the ability to make our organisation more efficient through creating and managing new systems. The role will oversee our organisational operations including day-to-day administrations, digital operation, recruitment, and financial management (although likely not fundraising, unless this is a particular skill of the right applicant). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission to stop climate breakdown.

This role will report to the Director of Fossil Free London. While operations will be the main responsibility for this post, as a small organisation support is likely to be required across other areas.
