In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of setting and achieving TM’s policy goals.
You’ll work closely and collaboratively with a small passionate team of colleagues across the organization, ensuring that our strategic objectives are met. By consulting with internal and external stakeholder groups and networks, you will develop innovative policy, research, and campaigning initiatives that resonate on both local and national levels. Your ability to dissect complex policy issues and recognize their relevance to the Traveller Movement will be crucial. You’ll need to identify practical and impactful policy solutions, bringing fresh perspectives and creative strategies to the table. Your work will not only guide the organization’s direction but also empower user voice influence decision-makers, and drive lasting change. The post holder will be required to occasionally travel across Britain, and undertake evening and weekend work where necessary and required for the post.
