Clarity isn't just another agency. We're a global team of digital marketing and communications experts, chosen by visionary companies who want to make a real impact. We help organisations of all sizes – from scrappy startups to established titans – enhance their reputation, drive growth, and achieve their most ambitious goals. With a blend of local expertise and global reach, we offer the perfect mix of fun, focus, and flexibility.

We offer the best of both worlds: the dynamic, close-knit feel of a smaller agency, where you can make a real impact, combined with the exciting projects and career development opportunities of a global agency. This London-based role offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career in a supportive, hybrid work environment.

Clarity's Public Affairs team is seeking experienced Account Managers/ Senior Account Managers who are passionate about using their political expertise to drive real change for our clients

If you've sharpened your skills in agency, in-house, government, or parliamentary roles and are ready to put your strategic mind to work shaping policy and delivering high-impact campaigns, we want to hear from you. Experience in technology or health is a bonus, but we're open to anyone with the right public affairs or political background.

This is the perfect role for a go-getter who thrives on autonomy, excels at building relationships, and has a knack for political networking and campaigning. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, keeping an eye on policy shifts, guiding junior team members, and building connections with key decision-makers. And yes, being politically active and tapping into your network is all part of the game.

While your focus will be public affairs, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your horizons across PR, crisis communications, and corporate comms. Help us shape a truly integrated PA and comms team within our fast-paced, global agency.
