Connect Communications have announced four shortlisted charities who are competing to win the inaugural Connect Campaign Award.
The finalists are:
- Honeypot
- LawWorks
- Migrant Voice
- Women’s Aid
One of these finalist organisations will be entitled to a year’s worth of public affairs and campaigns support to a worthy cause. The judging panel has invited the candidates to pitch their ideas to them during the first week of July. The winning entry will be announced at the Connect Summer Party on Tuesday 7th July.
Gill Morris, Executive Chairman, said: “I am delighted at the enthusiasm for our first Connect Campaign Award. We had a high volume of very strong applications and all of those who applied deserve to be congratulated for their applications. I was very impressed to see applications from good causes working globally and here in the UK, on campaigns of international and national importance.
“It is now for our independent judging panel to decide which campaign will be the ultimate winner. We are going to put our heart and soul into this – working hard as a team and doing the best for a good cause has always been the Connect way. I’m thrilled that we are now expanding the opportunities for good causes to work with us.”
