Dods Group Ltd has launched Dods Impact, the multimedia content arm from the UK’s longest running political intelligence company, combining the best of a creative studio and a strategic consultancy with the unrivalled reputation of Dods media platforms including The House, The Parliament, PoliticsHome, Civil Service World and Holyrood.
The multi-talented team based in London and Brussels, and led by former managing editor of The House Daniel Bond, will offer bespoke partnership opportunities for organisations across industry, trade associations, charities and others to deliver impactful commercial campaigns aimed at shedding light on some of the defining policy challenges of the day.
Working with award-winning Dods creative director Tim Shepherd, Dods Impact will create tailored packages including content, events, research and white papers, advertising and social media amplification.
Daniel Bond said: “It is really exciting to be launching this fresh approach to political communications from within Dods, one of the most trusted providers of political insight and intelligence for 190 years.
“Our historic relationship with Parliaments across the UK and EU means we are uniquely placed to bring together partners and policy-makers to share ideas and discuss policy solutions that work in today’s political climate.”
The launch coincides with Dods Impact’s ‘Beyond COP26’ project, which brought together national, regional and local politicians and leading organisations from industry for a series of policy roundtables aimed at exploring practical ideas to make Net Zero a reality.
Leading politicians from all parties took part in the roundtable discussions, including Business Minister Paul Scully, Environmental Audit Committee chair Phillip Dunne and Shadow Ministers Chi Onwurah and Seema Malhotra, as well as senior representatives from organisations as diverse as Ikea, WaterUK, BAE Systems and the Rail Delivery Group.
A Call-to-Action report summarising the recommendations from the participants is published alongside the latest edition of The House magazine, out this week.
