WA Health, the specialist healthcare arm of WA Communications, has been appointed by leading global science and technology company, Merck, to support its UK corporate affairs operations, as well as its neurology and immunology and oncology franchises in its Biopharma division.
WA Health will be working on the three accounts as Merck in the UK looks significantly to raise its corporate profile across its three key divisions of Healthcare, consisting of Biopharma and Consumer Health, Life Science and Performance Materials.
Merck already has a large footprint in the UK and is the world’s oldest pharmaceutical and chemical company. WA Health’s corporate work will involve working with Merck in 2017 and beyond to harness the power of its ideas and products so it becomes a constructive and innovative partner to Government, regulators and stakeholders.
