The Employment Related Services Associated (ESRA) has announced that Maeve McGoldrick will assume the role of Director of Politics and Communications in the new year.
McGoldrick will join the ESRA from the charity Community Links. She is a well respected charity campaigner and policy specialist with a strong track record in employment related services. She has also previously worked for an international anti-poverty organisation, as well as the British Youth Council.
McGoldrick has been UK ambassador for the EU Year on Working Age Poverty and is involved with multiple key policy forums including the Social Advisory Committee, DWP’s Policy and Operations Forum and the CSJ’s Breakthrough Britain 2 working group.
ESRA Chief Executive, Kirsty McHugh, added: “We are delighted to welcome Maeve on board. Maeve has an impressive background in running national campaigns and is thought of very highly within the industry. I know that she will be an asset to the ERSA team."
