Emergency! Emergency! The Incisive Health Ambulance has been called to take a member of the public to A&E – and you’re the driver. You will have to drive down one of the most dangerous and congested roads in the virtual world (even worse than the M25).

You will face a series of obstacles, including not only other drivers – but organs dropped out of previous ambulances, local protestors and even an STP or two. Good luck getting as many patients as possible to the hospital!
Can you play your part in averting an NHS winter crisis and preventing politicians from having to make embarrassing u-turns on NHS pledges and commitments?
Play as the Incisive999 ambulance driver to take unwell members of the public to the hospital and help solve their political problems.
You will have to drive down one of the most dangerous and congested roads in the virtual world (even worse than the M25). You will face a series of obstacles, including not only other drivers – but organs dropped out of previous ambulances, local protestors and even an STP or two.
Once you have safely delivered your first patient to A&E, you will be called out to another emergency with each drive to the hospital getting increasingly tricky.
Be warned, it's the middle of winter and the emergencies will keep stacking up…
The NHS is all about incentivising good outcomes. That is why there will be a prize for the person at the top of the Incisive999 league table on 30 December.
