Leading specialist health policy and communications consultancy Incisive Health has announced two new hires and one internal transfer.
Maddy Farnworth joins the team from the Nuffield Trust, bolstering the consultancy’s links with health think tanks. Tom Stephens also joins from the office of Diana Johnson, the Labour MP who – as Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Haemophilia – has been instrumental in persuading the Government to launch an independent inquiry into the Contaminated Blood Scandal. Meanwhile, Klark Mullen is transferring to Incisive Health’s Brussels office, which continues to grow in size and reputation.
Incisive Health moved up to 66 (from 70) in the 2018 PR Week League Table, posting growth of 11.17%, which is the fifth consecutive year of double digit growth. Incisive Health is Communiqué Public Affairs and Policy Consultancy of the Year and the PR Week Small Consultancy of the Year.
Commenting on the hires, Sarah Winstone, one of Incisive Health’s three founding partners, said “Maddy and Tom add valuable experience and new perspectives to what is already the best team in the business. It is also great news that we are creating opportunities for our talented team across both our London and Brussels offices. Klark’s move is a testament to this and he will provide additional firepower for our international offer, which is already making waves in Brussels”.
Maddy Farnworth said “Incisive Health has a reputation for strong policy thinking as well as communications excellence, so it was a natural move for me to make. I’m really looking forward to helping the team deliver sector-leading outcomes for our clients in what is a critical year for the NHS”.
