Edelman has announced the appointment of Esther Busscher as te new General Manager of their Brussels office. From 17th August she will lead the organisation’s multilingual and multinational team and will report to Michael Stewart, European President & CEO.
Busscher, a Dutch national, brings over a decade of experience leading and executing pan-European strategic communications and integrated public affairs campaigns across multiple sectors and markets. Busscher joins Edelman from FleishmanHillard, where she was Senior Vice President and Director, Brussels. She led the energy practice which she built from the ground up, working with clients in the natural gas industry, refineries and LPG sector. She was also responsible for rolling out their in-house design and creative capabilities. Prior to FleishmanHillard, she held various roles at government relations and public affairs consultancy PA Europe.
