Built Environment communications specialists, Snapdragon at PLMR have appointed Duncan Flynn as Senior Account Director at the company’s growing London office. Duncan joins Snapdragon at PLMR after over four years at Cavendish Communications.
Duncan is an experienced public affairs and communications professional with over eight years of experience in agency and in-house roles. Duncan has advised a diverse range of clients in the Built Environment sector including major commercial developers such as Delancey, large housebuilders such as Crest Nicholson and O&H Properties, prominent retail brands such as Starbucks, Metro Bank and Aldi, energy companies such as EDF Energy, student and extra-care housing providers, private school chains and NHS Trusts.
Duncan is a former Real Estate Finance solicitor at a City law firm, a former Researcher to a British MEP in the European Parliament and a former writer for the influential Conservative Home website. In his private life Duncan is a Conservative councillor in the London Borough of Hillingdon, where he serves on a planning committee.
