The PRCA has launched a Consultation on the Code for Professional Lobbying and would appreciate input. The PRCA is seeking views from its members, non-members, and all interested parties, so you do not have to be a member of the PRCA to respond.

This is the second phase of the consultation on our revised Public Affairs Code, now proposed to be renamed the Code for Professional Lobbying.

This second phase follows the Call for Evidence which was launched on 9th December 2024 and closed on 17th January 2025. The responses to that initial phase have helped shape the direction of the proposed new Code, with key refinements aimed at improving clarity and applicability.

Key documents for completing the consultation can be found here: Consultation documents | PRCA Global.

The consultation is now open and will run until Monday, 28th April 2025.

The PRCA would really appreciate your participation.

In addition, the PRCA running a roundtable on Thursday 3rd April 10.00 – 11.00 on the proposals, so please register to join here if you’re able: Roundtable discussion on PRCA Code for Professional Lobbying.
