Communications agency Cicero Group has announced the appointment of five new board members. The agency, founded in the UK in 2000, has an office network which spans London, Brussels, Washington and Singapore.
Tom Frackowiak, Head of UK Public Affairs, is one of five new Executive Directors. He joined Cicero in mid-2011 and is focused on supporting the operation and development of UK government relations. Prior to joining the agency, Frackowiak was at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also spent a period at HBOS during the merger with Lloyds Banking Group.
Frackowiak is joined by Andrew Naylor (Regional Director, Asia Pacific), Mike Robb (Head of Corporate PR & Digital), John Rowland (Account Director) and Helena Walsh (Brussels Director) on the Cicero board.
Jeremy Swan, Cicero Group Chief Executive, said: "These appointments recognise outstanding performance and combined give us one of the strongest teams in the industry. The wider macroeconomic environment has undoubtedly strengthened and we have aggressive plans in place to deliver further growth at Cicero in the coming 2-3 years. Expanding our senior team at board level is a core part of that strategy."
