Arden Strategies, the London based, internationally renowned advisory and communications firm, rounds off Summer with further growth and expansion as today it announces a number of new hires. Arden, which offers strategic counsel to clients across the world, was founded by the former Labour Cabinet member Rt Hon. Jim Murphy in 2015 and has grown rapidly over the last 8 years. The company supports domestic clients to better understand UK politics and policies, and its dedicated Labour Directorate is supporting corporate clients in the build up to a likely 2024 General Election.
This summer saw the following individuals join the Arden team:
- Account Director Adam Scott who previously was a senior policy officer in Labour HQ;
- Account Director Marie Birchall who previously was a political and policy advisor to the Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper;
- Account Manager Eda Cazimoglu who previously was head of visits for Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves; and
- Account Executive Tom Badham who previously held a number of roles within the Liberal Democrats.
As a result of Arden’s rapidly growing domestic and international teams, the company has moved into new central London offices.
Managing Director Rt. Hon Jim Murphy said: “Adam, Marie, Eda and Tom are all fantastic hires, and each brings a wealth of knowledge which I know will be of huge benefit to our ever-expanding client base. I am delighted to see our company grow from strength to strength and we are hitting the ground running in this new parliamentary term as we support our clients to navigate the inner workings of politics and corporate affairs.”
