Age Cymru, the national charity for older people in Wales, have announced that they have hired three new members of staff to its Policy & Public Affairs Team.
Ceri Cryer, Iwan Rhys Roberts and Laura Nott have been appointed as part of the charity’s ongoing attempts to communicate its messages to the media and politicians. Cryer has been assigned the role of Policy Advisor while Roberts and Nott will make up the External Relations Team.
Graeme Francis, Head of Policy & Public Affairs, commented on the appointments: “I’m thrilled to welcome Ceri, Iwan and Laura to the team. I’m looking forward to working with the three of them and I’m sure they will make a big impact for older people in Wales.”
Cryer previously lead the charity’s Growing Older in Wales programme while Roberts was Communications Officer and Press & Communications Officer for Help the Aged in Wales. Nott joins the team from the My Home Life Cymru programme.
