Join us to progress the conversation on the prevailing racial diversity gap in public affairs. The event is open to anyone working in or interested in public affairs from all backgrounds. We will be welcoming industry-leading speakers across recruitment, EDI and the public affairs sectors with an aim to facilitate a live discussion around how we can collectively improve racial diversity in the public affairs industry. Topics to discuss will include the increasingly important role of EDI for businesses and organisations, challenges that prevent greater diversity in the sector and best practice when it comes to diverse recruitment.
We aim to close the event with practical steps that hiring managers and candidates should take away in order to work towards a public affairs industry that provides equal opportunities and a diverse environment.
